刚刚转到学校的服务器上了。

奇迹的，从国内教育网访问这个服务器居然比我用telewest还快……正好，不用申请国内那些广告乱飞的空间了。

烧包一回不算犯罪吧？

很狠心，买了一副SONY MDR－EX71SL，这么多年来第一次有了一副不用自己改的耳机……也把上次的amazon礼券花掉了。

早上收到了Royal mail来的包裹，拆封，试听。
音质似乎和索爱w800i手机配备的耳机相差不大，做工并不十分出色.线材手感不错，还配了一个小的布袋子和一个药丸一样的收纳盒。不过这个盒子不如mx500之类配备的盒子来得实用，只能把耳机头部固定在里边，或者把电线缠在里边起到调节长度的作用。

比方說現在有一家傢俱店正在清倉大甩賣，你看到一套餐具，有8個菜碟、8個湯碗和8個點心碟，共24件，每件都是完好無損的，那麼你願意支付多少錢買這套餐具呢？如果你看到另外一套餐具有40件，其中24件和剛剛提到的完全相同，而且完好無損，另外這套餐具中還有8個杯子和8個茶託，其中2個杯子和7個茶託都已經破損了。你又願意為這套餐具付多少錢呢？結果表明，在只知道其中一套餐具的情況下，人們願意為第一套餐具支付33美元，卻只願意為第二套餐具支付24美元。

雖然第二套餐具比第一套多出了6個好的杯子和1個好的茶託，人們願意支付的錢反而少了。因為到底24件和31件算是多，還是少，如果不互相比較是很難引起注意的，但是整套餐具到底完好無缺還是已經破損，卻是很容易判斷的。瞧，人們還是依據比較容易判斷的線索做出判斷的，儘管這並不划算。（評點：這是"完整性"概念，一套餐具件數再多，破了幾個也得歸入次品，人們要求它廉價是理所當然的，寧為玉碎，不為瓦全嘛。不過，商家也可以善加利用人們認為次品必廉價的心理，比如一套好好的傢俱，五斗櫥上蹭破塊漆、掉了個原裝把手，只能作為處理品賣了，有的商家腦筋急轉彎，把價格抬高一倍，再打個大大的叉，下面寫上對折處理，實際上還是原來的價，結果反而一下子賣出去了。且不論是否有欺詐的嫌疑，但完整性概念還是有好的應用。在為人處事上也用得到，常言道"多做多錯，少做少錯，不做不錯"，就是說一個人做好了20件事，只要有兩、三件做錯了、沒做好，另外一個人只做了10件事，但都做好了，別人對第二個人的評價往往比對第一個人高。所以有一種觀點認為，人還是應該根據自己的能力，踏踏實實地做事，把損失降到最少就是得益。）

在消費者的腦袋裏，分別為不同來路的錢建立了兩個不同的帳戶，掙來的錢和意外之財是不一樣的。這就是芝加哥大學薩勒（ Thaler）教授所提出的"心理帳戶"的概念。

人在面臨獲得時，往往小心翼翼，不願冒風險；而在面對損失時，人人都成了冒險家了。這就是卡尼曼"前景理論"的兩大"定律"。

"前景理論"的另一重要"定律"是：人們對損失和獲得的敏感程度是不同的，損失的痛苦要遠遠大於獲得的快樂。是拿死亡，還是救活作參照點，結果就完全不一樣了。

奚教授介紹，這是新經濟學對微觀經濟學很重要的一個內容---風險決策理論的修正。傳統的經濟學是一個規範性的經濟學，也就是教育人們應該怎樣做。而受心理學影響，經濟學更應該是描述性的，它主要描述人們事實上是怎樣做的。風險理論演變經過了三階段：從最早的期望值理論（ expected valuetheory ），到後來的期望效用理論（ expected utility theory），到最新的前景理論（ prospect theory）。其中前景理論是一個最有力的描述性理論。

　　概括來說，前景理論有以下三個基本原理：（a）大多數人在面臨獲得的時候是風險規避的；（b）大多數人在面臨損失的時候是風險偏愛的；（c）人們對損失比對獲得更敏感。

這個理論提出：我們的最終目標不是最大化財富，而是最大化人們的幸福。

時間性的比較和社會的比較可以給人們帶來幸福感。

幸福的另外一個來源是脈衝式的變化所帶來的。

從這個意義上，"終極目標是幸福的最大化"的論斷，為我們打開了一扇新的視窗。絕對財富的鴻溝無法填平，而幸福感卻可能被每一個人所擁有。我們關注財富人生，希望財富增加的時候，幸福感也能與日俱增。我們同樣關注弱勢群體，希望每一個普通百姓都擁有幸福。增加全社會的幸福感，這是政府的責任，也理應成為社會上每一個成員自發的追求。當然，社會在進步，滿足感和不滿足感都是相對的，不以偏概全，新經濟學可以引導看事物好的一面，不把壞的一面放大，來讓人們獲得幸福感。
21世紀，是追求幸福的世紀。
